HSIHOPE发起“光启未来”计划，旨在为符合条件的非营利性机构（如希望学校、社区医院、孤儿院等）提供零初始投资的清洁能源解决方案。
我们全额投资，在您的闲置屋顶上建设高标准的光伏电站。电站建成后，我们负责其全生命周期的运营与维护。
作为对价，机构只需以远低于电网电价的优惠价格，购买电站所发出的部分绿色电力，用于满足自身日常需求。此举旨在显著降低机构的长期用电成本，并保障其电力供应的稳定性，而我们收取的电费将用于覆盖项目的投资及长期运营成本。
最终，当投资成本回收后，项目将进入纯公益阶段，持续为合作机构提供近乎免费的绿色电力。
